Our ERF® (Energy Returning Foam®) materials like ETPU have been tested by many global EPS/EPP machinery makers and they all were amazed about the end results.

So also a German  Institute tested the traditional SCM (Steam Chest Molding) and the by German engineers developed SF (Steamless Foaming)  and found out, that a SF product can be at least 23% lighter than a SCM produced product.

With the revolutionary RF technology, welding particle foams without steam becomes a reality! A complex media installation - in the form of a steam generation system or cooling tower installation with water basin - is no longer required. With the WAVE FOAMER, high-temperature resistant particle foams with welding temperatures up to 250 °C can be processed. In addition, a recycling rate of up to 100% is already achievable with EPS.
